Every product has its own page, and every page carries the same fields: pieces in the pack, package dimensions and package weight, and — where the listing has a value for it — model number, capacity, size, color, material and country of origin. A field is shown only when there is a value for it. Where a product is a set, the page lists what is in the box, piece by piece.
The surest way to name a product in a message to us is the web address of its page, or the Amazon.com link on it. Model numbers help where they are shown, but not every product has one. Every suggested retail price for this market is in one table on the price list.
Prices, and how CUSINIUM is sold
Every price on this site is the suggested retail price (MSRP) for one pack in the United States, shown in USD, excl. sales tax. It is what CUSINIUM recommends a shopper pays; authorized sellers set their own selling prices, so the price on Amazon.com may be higher or lower.
CUSINIUM publishes one price for each product in each market, and it is the price on this site. We do not publish trade prices, discount levels or minimum quantities — not on this page, and not in a file you can download. What an order comes to depends on which products, how many, where it ships and how it is paid for, so we put it in writing in answer to a specific enquiry. Nothing on this page is an offer to sell, and writing to us puts you under no obligation.
CUSINIUM products are not sold through any other website or marketplace: offers elsewhere are not supplied by CUSINIUM. Any supply arrangement with the brand exists only when it is agreed in writing with WWTRADEGROUP LLC.
Buying in volume
If the quantity you need fits an ordinary order, the quickest route is the listing itself on Amazon.com: it ships from stock and needs nothing from us.
Write to us when that does not cover it — a quantity beyond what a listing carries, a mix of sizes across one line, a delivery that has to be planned around a date, or printing and packaging of your own.
Printing and packaging
On some products we can print your logo or pack the goods in packaging of your own. It depends on the product and on the run, so there is no list of what is possible: name the products and what you want printed, and we will tell you whether it can be done and what it changes for lead time and price.
What happens after you write
- We confirm. You get a reply saying we have your message. We reply within three business days.
- We ask for what is missing. Quantity, destination and timing decide most of the answer; if they are already in your message, we skip this step.
- We answer in writing. If we can supply what you need, the terms come in writing, addressed to your company. If we cannot, we say so and explain why — an early no costs you less than a slow maybe.
- Anything agreed is agreed in writing, between your company and WWTRADEGROUP LLC. Nothing is settled by telephone.

- what you do: a kitchen, a concession stand, a cinema, a caterer, a school, a facility;
- which products: the web address of each product page on this site, or the rows from the price list;
- how many of each, and whether this is a one-off or something you would reorder;
- where it ships to, and by when;
- whether you need your logo printed or your own packaging;
- anything your own paperwork has to show.
We read every message and we reply in English.
You cannot order, pay or open an account on this website, and we will never ask you for card or bank details by email.
