The site is built and maintained for us by ECOMM VOYAGER LDA (Portugal) under a service agreement. It works on our instructions and only on this site.

Email you send us

If you write to the address above, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence, and we keep it no longer than we need for that. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our products.

Hosting logs

Like any website, this one is served by our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which records technical data for security and reliability: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and operating system your browser reports. We do not combine these logs with anything else and we do not use them to identify visitors. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.

Your market choice, stored in your browser

When you pick a market in the US / CA / UK switch, your browser stores that choice locally under the key cusinium-region, so the front page opens the same market next time. If you have not made a choice, the front page looks at your browser's time zone and language to guess a market. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else: it stays in your browser and holds nothing but a market code. To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings. There are no cookies to accept or refuse.

No cookies. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no profiling. No forms, no accounts, no payments, no newsletter. No social media buttons. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from this site itself, so opening a page sends your data to no one but our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). We do not sell data and we do not share it. The only companies that handle it are our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), which serves the pages, ECOMM VOYAGER LDA (Portugal), which maintains the site for us, and our email provider, which carries your message. This site is not directed at children.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Write to the address above and we will reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to a regulator: in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (priv.gc.ca).

Because the site itself collects no personal data beyond the logs described above, there is usually nothing for us to look up except an email you have sent us.
